# Pagination and filters

> Read lists in manageable pages and apply resource-specific filters.

## Page through a list

Start with a small page and an offset of zero:

```http theme={null}
GET https://api.outreign.io/rest-api/leads?limit=50&offset=0
X-API-Key: YOUR_OUTREIGN_API_KEY
```

The default page size is 50, with a maximum of 100. `offset` ranges from 0 to 100,000. For the next page, increase `offset` by the returned page size. Continue until an empty page is returned or the reported count has been reached. Lists can change between requests; avoid assuming offset pagination is a permanent snapshot.

## Filters

| List | Query parameters |
| - | - |
| Leads | `industry`, `status`, `limit`, `offset` |
| Deals | `stage`, `limit`, `offset` |
| Activities | `type`, `limit`, `offset` |
| Contacts | `status`, `limit`, `offset` |

Use URL encoding when building filter values. Check each endpoint's reference for the fields it accepts rather than assuming the Saved Leads page's filters are all available through REST.

## Bulk imports are separate

Pagination controls reads. For importing leads, send `POST /leads/bulk` with `{ "leads": [...] }`, splitting larger imports into batches of at most 100 leads. Inspect the import result for individual failures before retrying.
