The Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets an assistant discover and call OutReign tools with your authorization.

Connection contract

  • Transport: remote Streamable HTTP.
  • Authentication: delegated OAuth with PKCE. Sign in to OutReign and approve access.
  • Data scope: the approving user’s account, enforced on the server.
  • Availability: paid-plan MCP access and per-tool usage checks apply.
REST API keys are not used for this connection. The client discovers authorization metadata from the server; do not substitute the documentation site’s address as the MCP endpoint.

What is available

Read saved leads, search existing saved records, inspect sequences, replies, sent emails, deals and ICP profiles, and review agent activity. Write tools can create or update records, enroll a lead, queue a reply and edit agent settings. search_leads searches the user’s saved records. It does not perform a fresh external prospect search or enrichment. MCP tools are distinct from OutReign’s in-app agent tools and the REST endpoint catalog.

Before calling write tools

Review the intended recipient, record IDs and content before authorizing a write. Enrollment can start an email sequence; send_reply queues an outbound message. A successful queue result is not proof of email delivery.
