Outgoing subscriptions

The customer webhook editor offers these events: A stage change can emit both an update event and a stage-change event. Closing a deal can also emit deal.closed; do not treat these different event names as duplicate deliveries of the same subscription.

Lead stage-change caveat

The event producer also emits lead.stage_changed with old_stage and new_stage, but the current outgoing subscription editor does not offer that event as a selectable option. Use lead.updated for a UI-configured lead subscription rather than assuming you can select lead.stage_changed there.

Incoming actions are different

Inbound endpoints accept lead.created, lead.updated, lead.stage_changed, contact.created and deal.created. These are commands to create or update data, not outgoing notification subscriptions. See inbound reference. No generic outbound email-open, bounce or contact event catalog is promised here. Only subscribe to events supported by the interface you are using.
